Finding out you have Prostate Cancer can be very traumatic and lead to periods of depression and loneliness. Even talking to those close to you can be difficult.

We are a happy and positive group and have found that sharing experiences with others who are coping with, or who have had Prostate Cancer, in our monthly Support Group Meetings, to which you and your wife/partner are invited, which could be most helpful.

To help support our aims we also organize social and fundraising events, which include: Annual PSA testing roadshows, Dances and community events, Collections during Prostate Cancer Awareness Month etc. The FOPS invite you to join our group, together with your wife/partner. Please complete the form below. We keep members updated on our activities via our website, by email and by telephone but you can participate as little or as much as you may wish.

You will be contacted by a FOPS member after we receive your completed form.
